Crested Butte State of Mind (CBSOM) invites artists to participate in the "Grove Exhibit," a community-driven art fundraiser at the Gunnison Arts Center supporting access to mental health resources for Gunnison Valley residents.

Submission Deadline: August 24

Artists are invited to submit interest to partner with local businesses to design and install a temporary art display in the flower boxes associated with the local business.

The Crested Butte Creative District is inviting Elk Ave businesses to transform their parklet flower boxes into public art this summer. Businesses can enter a contest by creating (or collaborating with local artists on) a display that fits the theme “Lower the Temperature,” lighthearted, fun, and safe.

Are you an artist who lives in Gunnison or Crested Butte? Please apply for the chance to exhibit your artwork at our gallery on Elk Avenue in Crested Butte! Being in the heart of beautiful downtown, we are wonderfully located with lots of daily foot traffic from locals and tourists alike.

Ongoing Submission

The Crested Butte Society advances its mission by redistributing revenues generated from the annual Arts Festival directly into our creative communities through the AEG fund. Grants range in size between $500-$5,000.
